Semyon grew up in a family where humour was an integral part of life: sharp jokes, anecdotes, and funny stories were a constant presence. His father was from Rostov, his mother from Pyatigorsk, just like Semyon himself. However, his family roots extend further—to Ukraine: Odesa, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Chernobyl.
