Setting up a new account

In order to set-up a new account, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Log-in” link in the page header, or in the clickable menu.

  2. Click the “create a new account” link under the “Log-in” heading.

  3. Enter the information requested in the “Register” form

    • “E-mail” must be a unique e-mail address, ie an address that is not used by another user on the Vend St web site.

    • “Username” must be a unique name not used by another user on the Vend St web site. The username will always be visible to other users.

    • “First name” and “Last name” should be your own first and last name. This information will not usually be visible to other users.

    • “Password” you should enter a strong password, using upper and lowercase letters, numbers and other characters (such as !, #, *, etc). Enter the same password in the “Password (again)” field.

  4. Click the “Register” button (if you receive error messages you should correct the field entries as directed in the error messages).

  5. You will then see a message that you have been sent a verification e-mail. The verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered.

  6. Check the e-mail account related to your new e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail from Vend St to confirm that address. In the e-mail you will see a link “Confirm e-mail address”, click that link to go to the verification page at Vend St.

  7. To confirm the e-mail address, click the “Confirm” button.

  8. On clicking the “Confirm” button you will be directed to the “Log-in” page. Use your “username” and “password” to log-in.
